How it works.

The moment you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation.
If you want to change something about this order, please let us know by sending an email to sales@ixpesports.nl.

We receive the same order confirmation and the stock will be checked at the 3 largest Dealers in Europe.
If an item is not available we will notify you and you can cancel the item or give us an alternative and of course you can cancel the entire order.

If everything is in order, we will prepare the invoice, including shipping costs.
This invoice will be sent as soon as possible and must be paid in advance.

Shipping costs are calculated after we receive the order.
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package and start at:
- Within the Netherlands € 6.00 (DPD/UPS)
- To Belgium & Germany € 8.90 (DPD/UPS)
- Rest of Europe € 15.90 (UPS/DPD)
- Outside Europe € 15.90 (UPS and in exceptions DHL Germany)

After we receive the payment, we proceed and generally the order will be shipped within 3-5 working days* after we have received the money in our account. You will be informed when we ship and after we ship you will receive a tracking number.
*Working days are Monday to Friday.

Note:
Wannabee customers outside Europe first CHECK in your country if and how much TAX/DUTIES you have to pay before you place an order and pay and let companies ship.
If companies ship and you refuse to pay TAX/DUTIES on arrival in your country it costs companies lots of money to get the package back.

Conclusion: If you are not willing to pay TAX/DUTIES in your country than do yourself and companies in Europe a big favour and DO NOT SEND AN ORDER.

Try to avoid email addresses ending with @yahoo, @aol and @qq.com as mail servers have problems with this.
